Suicides Remorse The sunlight that I love so much, The warming desperate, Sweet caress, I miss so much That light. That speaking, Comforting, beautiful; Sphere. My roving eyes, Can't seem to accommodate this New beginning, New admitting. Seen so much in my short time, I am getting rare, Hiding my small shine. I've got so much influence Arrogance and impotence. My overwhelming pleasantry Tactless subtlety, Leading me around like, My shed insanity. I'm so weak with the love inside of me, So weak from the fear I hide from me. My pulse races with the indignities I can recall But my nature My self as a whole, Demands to let go. Be free Set free Unloose and unleash all the hate and jealousy. Peace lives in me, Periodically, Just like everyone else, Facing each day with new faces Burned hearts Shed with each new mornings rays. I have worn those faces, Upon my face each day, Each year, the same face, Letting it decay For the hope of rebirth, A pyre of outreach to burn the old me away. I have lived the life Lived the suicide, Breathed in the beautiful decay, Have felt the empty And loved the pain As my soul was bit by bit Eaten away. I have survived it all, The blood in the shower And the feel of the power As nothing seethed into me And made my eyes the watery gray. |
